James has been in the security and low voltage industry for over 11 years. He started as a salesman for an ADT dealer and has won several awards. He then became a technician installing alarm systems and low voltage technology for new and old homes. He has worked with several builders in the California area and even with some custom builders. In 2008, James started Affordable Technology Inc., which has grown with the principles of providing quality products while providing exceptional customer service. Due to James’ devotion and the dedication of his team members, Affordable Technology Inc. has been awarded by Monitronics as one of the #1 service providers in the California area for the last 4 consecutive years.

Terry has been in the security and low voltage industry for over 12 years. He has won several awards for his quality work, customer service, and endless testimonies. We receive phone calls on a regular basis from customers expressing their appreciation for Terry. Terry oversees an outstanding team of technicians that depend on each other and assist one another at a moments notice. He always goes the extra mile to ensure the customers needs come first; his technicians emulate this.

Kelly schedules our services and installs for all of our customers in California. For a service that needs to be scheduled, she does her best to make sure it is scheduled conveniently for the customer and attempts to get a technician out there as soon as possible. She also oversees internal operations for Affordable Technology, including but not limited to, billing, timesheets, and inventory management. Kelly is an incredible asset to the company and her work does not go unnoticed. She is one of the nicest, most caring, and patient people you will ever come across. Joe has several years of experience in alarms, as well as home technology products. His persistence and determination is what sets him apart from the rest. If a customer has questions with their newly installed products, Joe is willing to take the time to educate his customers. For this, customers are forever grateful.
